Compress the Chest CPR is a very informative training class. With life-size adult and infant mannikins to train with, you will receive an almost life like training and experience. Robin Morrison is a great instructor with years in CPR training.

I recently attended a CPR class, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. The instructor Robin Morrison, was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable practicing the skills. One of the highlights was learning and performing chest compressions effectively —she emphasized the importance of proper technique to maximize the chances of saving a life in an emergency.
We had plenty of hands-on practice, and the feedback was both encouraging and constructive. The step-by-step guidance made a potentially intimidating skill feel approachable. By the end of the class, I felt confident in my ability to perform CPR correctly, especially compressing the chest to the right depth and rhythm.
This class is a must for anyone looking to be prepared for emergencies. I highly recommend it.
